Order Processing

Each piece is handcrafted and made to order.

Orders require up to three weeks for preparation prior to dispatch. This timeframe reflects the care and attention dedicated to each piece.

Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

 

Shipping Methods & Timing

We offer complimentary standard shipping within the continental United States, with an estimated transit time of 1–5 business days following dispatch.

Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout, including Express Delivery with an estimated transit time of 1-3 business days (complimentary for orders over $2,500) and overnight shipping.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier.

Please ensure that all shipping information is entered accurately at checkout.

I. M. WALKER is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at the time of purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided via email.

If you have created an account, you may log in to view your order status at any time.

For orders placed without an account, please contact us with your order number for assistance.

Signature & Insurance

For security and assurance, shipments may require a signature upon delivery.

All orders are insured while in transit until delivery is completed.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier.

In the event of a lost or stolen package, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim. We will do our best to assist where possible.

 

Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, I. M. WALKER is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

 

International Shipping

Shipping availability outside of the United States may vary and will be presented at checkout where applicable.

Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
