Due to the limited and delicate nature of our pieces, all sales are considered final.

Cancellation requests may be made within 48 hours of purchase. However, due to the made-to-order nature of our pieces, once an order has entered production or has been dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

If your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Once an order has been dispatched and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier.

In the event of a lost or stolen package, the shipping carrier must be contacted directly to initiate a claim. We are unable to assume responsibility once the package has been handed over for delivery.
